We came here on a Saturday for lunch, ordering was pretty quick and the food was lovely. Plenty of clean tables available and order screens made it easy for us to take our time and choose our food. Prices were similar to McDonalds so this is a good option for a quick bite whilst shopping.

The atmosphere was vibrant, the service was friendly, and the food tasted exactly as I remember. The Chickenjoy was perfectly crispy, and the Jolly Spaghetti had that signature sweet and savory flavor that makes it so unique. However, I did miss one thing – the corned beef they serve in the Philippines. It’s a comforting and flavorful dish that I hope Jollibee UK will consider adding to the menu. It would make the dining experience even more special for those of us who know and love the full range of Jollibee offerings. Tastes like home. To be fair, chicken joy and yum burger tastes more like the one in Philippines now compared to previous years. Hopefully we can have Jolly Palabok and burger steak too next time. Good job Liverpool Jollibee! :)
Oh wow, what a discovery. The food from Jolibees is wonderful. The chicken is crispy and fresh, the burger are awesome and the chips and gravy are the perfect accompaniment. I took 30 worth of food back to my hotel room as not to offend the clientele while I made an utter pig of myself. Great stuff.
Can’t go wrong with Jollibee - the Liverpool branch delivers good chicken and good service. Relative to other branches in the UK it is ranked highly on my list (close to Earl’s Court quality). Worth it
First time in liverpool last october and went straight to jollibee. We told the manager that we travelled from dublin just to eat chickenjoy. She was very kind and gave us extra pieces of chicken and added some peach mango pies!
Had a great experience at Jollibee! The food was delicious as always. We ordered Spicy Chicken Joy, Rice bowl and chicken and fries which were all good. What really made the visit special was the amazing service. A big shoutout to Riza, who was so welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in. She made us feel right at home with her warm smile and helpful attitude. Definitely coming back!
